Let there be light….and in case if blackout lights will be needed to avert any kind of vandalism —solution —no power means you need solar lights —go to the dollar store and get the lights there about 2 bucks get as many as you need and place them throughout especially in areas where people can look in—to recharge just place in the sun or where there is a window that receives sun or uses a flashlight or place outdoors where there is strong sunlight  use at night
