Things to do to Assist and defend
You will need:
Zinc chloride DNA Protection
Copper chloride – SOD, and Biocide Protection

Iodine – Immune support
Selenium Liposome – Protect DNA
Retinol Palmitate – DNA Protection
Ascorbic acid – to reverse telemere damage
Rosemary extract with Black Tea DNA Protection
equal Parts Cobalt chloride DNA support (iYannis: or vitamin B12 that contains cobalt)
Apigenin may help to prevent oxidative damage to the body’s endogenous DNA.
Epigallo-Catechin-Gallate (EGCG) may protect the body’s endogenous DNA from damage (including the damage inflicted by exposure to Ultra-Violet Radiation).
Luteolin may help to prevent oxidative damage to the body’s endogenous DNA.
Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins (OPCs) may help to prevent damage to the DNA content of Cells.

Chronic Obstructory Pulmonary Disease (COPD) patients are often found to have lower levels of Vitamin A compared to healthy persons:
Asthma patients are often found to be deficient in Vitamin A.
Vitamin A may help to prevent Bronchitis by stimulating the Mucous Membranes of the Respiratory Tract to resist the infections that cause Bronchitis.
Vitamin A may alleviate and may help to prevent Emphysema.
Vitamin A may increase resistance to the Common Cold and may exert direct anti-viral effects (at a dosage of 50,000 – 150,000 IU per day for three to five days) against the Viruses that cause the Common Cold.
Vitamin A may help to prevent Croup.

Vitamin A may help to prevent Radiation Therapy-induced Pneumonitis (if Vitamin A therapy is commenced prior to Radiation Therapy).
Vitamin A may help to prevent Respiratory Tract Infections.
Vitamin A may increase resistance to Rhinitis. Sinusitis may occur as a result of Vitamin A deficiency and Vitamin A supplementation may enhance the structural integrity of the Mucous Membranes that line the Sinuses.
Vitamin A deficiency may increase the risk of Tuberculosis.
Vitamin A deficiency increases the risk of Whooping Cough.

Thought I drop you a line ( like you have much spare time on your hands;). I listened to your show today, this idea of arresting officials is most likely the only way to stop this madness….
Poland is now being prepped for conflict. Belarusan president is flying crisis actors to our border and they throw bricks at our soldiers demanding entry. Mainstream is broadcasting image where police and border patrol has to use water canons to stop them charging. This will cause world’s hatred seeing women and kids (ya, standard procedure) being sprayed with water in the winter.
They claim to have lost passports, but everyone has a flipping iphone and that-somehow did not get lost.
Belarus will ultimately stop flow of gas to europe, even though the pipeline does not belong to them. It belongs to Russia, but they will use Belarus and border conflict to stop or limit gas-and we got ourselves “dark winter” these fuckwits talk about in tv recently.
There is some really dark energy popping to the surface of this planet yet again. It feels like mankind may just be ripe for harvest again. People dnt give a fuck about anything but tv, brain capacity of average bloke is at the level of a football shoe, mad people behind the wheel.
I am not very new age-spiritual-whatever else they call.these days, but I sens it Tony. I got a feeling soon we’ll be pushed to our primal instincts just to survive. It seems that’s war was local, even thought many countries involved, this is global, on all levels this time.
Any years of prep, brainwash, ionising air (prince of air…), has brought us here, but above all-lack of self responsibility, for our God given rights. We let this happen and now it may as well be bit late to turn it around. I made my peace with God, I have chosen to live, to have my family alive as not on of these fucks has given me life, thus has no right to take it away. I got it from God Himself, and I will fight if I have to to protect it.
UK is a weird place, this is still one (the crown) superpower on this planet. Everything joints at the hip in the City of London and square mile.
This country willt take lots of casualties as they do not know who is who and blindly believe bullshit. 3/4 maybe more vaxxed.
Just if you mention anything about plandemic, they scuff and look at you like you got 2 heads. But on the other side-English etiquette and this exact believe in good intentions of gov allow to navigate this shit easier.
Not sure where it will all end, maybe we’ll get back to drawing board inventing wheel-today’s toys of war are much more efficient that last war was.
But you know what? I know God sent me here, He does not make mistakes, it is man’s virtue. So, who am I to question His decisions, he knows why we are here.
I just need to prep better and grow par of nuts before I stand before Him again😂
