Bread formula I make
—use liquid egg white 6-8 oz (178 ml – 237 ml)
—add milk 2-4 oz (59.15 ml – 118.3 ml)
—add sodium bicarb and calcium bicarb 1 tsp of each
–collagen 1 tsp
—1 tablspoon of olive oil or grapeseed oil or sunflower
—-hand blend orrr electric till it whips and creates air bubbles
—then add a cup of sorghum and a ¼ cup of cassava flour
—-add 1/2 tblspn of citric acid add powdered herb of choice
–add antioxidants ( grape seed extract, quercitrin )
—essential oils example savoury or thyme or garlic —sky’s the limit )
—- Hand mix all of this it’s smooth
—pour into pan
—set temp 350-400 (f) or 177- 204 C)
—40 min later should see a loaf or double loaf depending on pan width
—this is more or less unleavened bread but it usually rises about 2-4 inches
—-use in soups—sandwiches or even make a pizza loaf out of this by cutting the loaf in half
–add your home made tomato paste with rosemary, bay leaf thyme ( essential oils about 4 drops mixed in 1 oz of olive oil) spread on top of the paste
—cut olives and capers
—take cheese of choice
—grade it fine ( you can add parmesan to it as well ) put in a bowl add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and paprika mix in the cheese til its saturated the cheese
—sprinkle this on the prepared pizza bread loaf til covered
—bake for 10 min or till cheese is all melted evenly
—there you have it, antioxidant-enriched pizza bread with a lycopene antioxidant with the essential oils antioxidant capers ( high in quercitrin ), olive and the sulfur enriched antioxidants
—extremely high in protein
Warning this bread is heavy and filling and can cause a loss of hunger after eating this for hours, so use thin slices—great dipping bread in soups.
